Over the past few months our staff have been working to launch a new software platform to enhance our ability to serve our customers. In July we launched our Kennect texting platform to assist customers with more immediate access to answers from our staff including the ability to order, change orders, or pay for orders via their phone. Text us at 510-635-1779 or use the text interface button that pops up on all of our website pages.
On Monday, December 18, 2023 we will be launching a new point of sale system to better manage our growing inventory of goods and services, including rentals! We strive for continual improvement, and aim for excellent customer service.
We have spent months in preparation and training for this software launch so we hope that the only experience our customers will have is a great one! However, as optimistic as we are that this will truely enhance the overall experience, we do ask that you be patient with us as we launch later this month.
