Answer: General placement of bin requires 10’ width, 40’ length, and 25’ above clearance for the truck to load and unload the bin. Bins range from 2-8’ tall, 8’ wide, and 18’-22’ long. Driver may refuse service if there is not enough clearance, including space for truck to maneuver. Driver may refuse service due to slope or other site conditions, wherein a trip charge may be levied (see Terms & Conditions). Customer is responsible for securing and maintaining placement of bin. Bin must be placed on a level surface.

Frequently Asked Questions
Generally, yes. However, most cities will require you to obtain a permit in advance to do so. Our team can help get you in touch with the right department in the various municipalities we operate in.
We can usually deliver your bin within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note, if your bin must be placed on the street, please allow plenty of time to acquire proper permitting from your local city. If you are unfamiliar with the permitting process for your city, give us a call and our team will be happy to assist you through the process.
If you exceed the included weight limit, you will be charged an overage fee based upon weight per ton over the included limit. Even if you exceed the weight limit, please keep the following in mind in order to ensure smooth pickup of your bin:
- Weight must be distributed evenly throughout the bin.
- Fill no higher than 3" below the rim.
- Do not load over 10 tons.
- Only place permitted materials in the bin.
If we are not able to service the bin due to extreme weights (over 10 tons), or precariously loaded (unbalanced), we will have to reschedule the service until after the hazardous condition has been resolved. A trip charge will be assessed.

The quoted bin rate includes up to 7 days of use. A $25 per day fee is charged for every day beyond the 7 days.
